• What is PREZZ?

  PREZZ is a Gift Card service which can be sent to your friends, family, associates, etc and the recipient can use the PREZZ card to purchase any Brands' gift card of their choice.

• How can I start using PREZZ?

  You can download PREZZ from the Google Play app store for your Android Phones.

• On which devices can I use PREZZ?

  PREZZ works on any Android smartphone with an Operating System (OS) version 4.1 and above.

• Do I need to be connected to the internet to use PREZZ?

  Yes, you need to have an internet connection or a mobile data plan to use PREZZ.

• What is the Internet speed required to use PREZZ?

  While PREZZ works on any type of internet connection, you can experience it best with an internet speed of 500 kbps or above.

• Are there any charges for using PREZZ?

  No, PREZZ app is available as a free download. You can use PREZZ to send gifts to your contacts. However, if you use the app on mobile date network, normal data consumption charges will apply as per your data plan of the current service provider.

Registration

• Do I need to Register to Send or Buy Prezz?

  Yes a one time registration is required to transact. Once registered, your Wallet will show your Prezz Balance and all other transaction details.

• What Payment Options do I have?

  You may use any of the Visa / Master / American Express Credit Cards. We do accept Debit Cards from large set of banks. You may pay using Net Banking as well.

• Can I send or buy the Brands directly?

  We understand you would want to gift the Brand directly, however, the intent is to let the recipient choose their favourite Brands with the Prezz card they would have received. The recipient can choose to use the Prezz balance partially or in full to purchase the brand of their choice.

• How will the recipient know they have received PREZZ from me?

  Your Prezz Gift Card will be sent to the recipient’s email ID, as provided by you with your personal message, if you’ve mentioned one. Also an sms alert will be sent to let the recipient know about this gift card.

• How will I know if the recipient has received my Gift?

  We send a confirmation to you once the recipient has added the gift card to their Prezz Wallet.

• What is the estimated delivery time?

  The PREZZ card will be sent instantly to the email ID provided by you. Once you choose to redeem Prezz Gift Card for a brand of your choice, the Brand gift card will be delivered almost instantly in your Brand section in the Wallet.

• What is the validity of Prezz Card & Brand Gift Card?

  Prezz is valid for a period of six months from the date of purchase. However, a Brand Gift Card validity is at the discretion of each Brand. We suggest you take a look at the Terms & Condition of the Brand before purchasing it.

• Can Prezz be redeemed at a physical store?

  No, Prezz can not be redeemed at any of the physical stores directly. Prezz is a gift card which can only be redeemed on this app for another Brands' gift card listed within the app.

• Where can I redeem these Brands' gift cards?

  The Gift Cards are accepted at the respective retailers of Brand's outlet only, unless specified otherwise. You can search for a Brand's store location on the brand page. The store locator will also indicate if there is any store close to your current location.

• Can I send PREZZ to a friend who’s outside of India?

  You can definitely send your friend a PREZZ, however, Prezz will only get redeemed for Brands listed in the app which have stores within India.

• How can I Stop a Prezz Card from being delivered?

  We may not be able to stop the delivery of your Prezz card as it's delivered instantly through electronic means.

• What do I do in case the Brand gift card is not accepted at the store?

  Notify us and we will have it taken care of.

• Can I buy PREZZ in Bulk?
